RV parking will be BY RESERVATION ONLY.

ALL RV'S MUST REGISTER AT DAYS INN FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL.

Access to the Days Inn facility will be available on Monday, April 21, 2003. Sites must be vacated by noon on Sunday, April 27, 2003.

Parking regulations will be strictly enforced. Parking areas will be considered part of the show site and any infractions will be referred to the Show Committee for action.

Each rig will be assigned a specific parking space. All setups must be within your assigned space. Trailer and towed vehicles are considered together as one unit. All units must be self contained. Exhibitors will be responsible for cleanup of their parking areas.

No dumping stations are available on site. A grey/black tank private pumping service is available locally and can be arranged in advance on RV Reservation Form. Fees are $25 (cash only) for each visit and must be paid in advance at the show site.

Hotel lobby restrooms (open 24 hours) are available but NO showers.

A single water source is available on site but is not to be used by units on a continuously hooked-up basis.

Pre-Paid Reservations will be accepted on a first received, first assigned basis.

Confirmation of Reservation will be sent by return mail.

DAYS INN RV POLICY IS TO CHARGE EACH UNIT $25 PER DAY FOR CAMPING ON THEIR PROPERTY. IF A ROOM IS RENTED BY THE RV USER THEN THIS $25 FEE IS DROPPED AND ELECTRIC CAN BE TAKEN FROM THAT RENTED ROOM FOR THE RV. ALL UNITS MUST OBTAIN A PARKING PASS FROM THE HOTEL FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL.
